We started with a world class wheelchair for children called Cub (bit.ly/1minCubDemo). We are a seed stage startup that functions as a global, virtual team. The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and driven Community & Growth Manager to serve as a primary voice for our brand. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be a hybrid professional, blending strategic outreach, community building, AI and new technology solutions, and digital marketing to directly drive our pipeline of high-value B2B customers, including distributors and NGOs. You will play a critical role in shaping our brand's presence in new markets and converting online engagement into real-world sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential distributors, NGOs, and key opinion leaders in target markets (e.g., Eastern Europe, Africa, South East Asia, Pacific). Use tools like LinkedIn and other professional networks to build a qualified lead pipeline.

  • Online Community & Engagement: Actively build and nurture our online communities on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Engage directly with prospects, answer their product concerns, and build relationships that lead to sales opportunities.

  • AI-Driven Strategy: Be an outstanding user of AI tools to create a multiplier effect for our lead generation efforts. You will be a key player in implementing new AI technologies to enhance outreach, personalize communications, and analyze market trends.

  • Content Creation & Management: Create and manage a portfolio of product awareness posts, social media videos (reels, TikTok), product demonstration videos, and webinars. The content you create will be designed as "door openers" for your outbound outreach.

  • Sales Communications: Work closely with the CEO to support the sales process. This includes writing FAQs, creating sales collateral, and handling inbound inquiries.

  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify and build relationships with key influencers, therapists, and organizations to amplify our message and create new lead channels.

  • Distributor Support: Provide product information, content, and product promotional information to our network of distributors.

  • User Generated Content: Engage with NGOs, Distributors, and Expert Users to develop user generated content. Coach users on good content creation tools and methods. Incentivize and reward users. 

  • Performance & Metrics: Be accountable for key metrics, including the number of new qualified leads generated per month, engagement rates on social media, and the growth of our online community.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Outbound Expertise: Proven experience in outbound marketing and lead generation, with a track record of success in converting online engagement into sales opportunities.

  • Digital Fluency: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of effective digital marketing across platforms like email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Facebook.

  • AI Proficiency: An outstanding ability to leverage AI tools to create a multiplier effect for lead generation, personalize communications, and improve workflow efficiency.

  • Strong Communication: Excellent presentation and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex product benefits in a clear and compelling way.

  • Mission Alignment: A genuine passion for our mission, with direct lived experience in assistive technology as a user or caregiver being a significant advantage.


Reporting Relationship


This role reports to the CEO.
