By giving my email address, I am entering the Win A Free Cub

 Contest and agree to the rules:

1. Every contestant will receive a coupon for $500 off of their first order of Participant's products. The order must be placed in 2022 and be for $5000 or more.
2. Contestants must represent an organization, such as a private company, NGO, government, or health institution.
   
3. The winner gets one free Cub wheelchair. The Cub will include the Flip Down Abductor, Activity Tray, and All Terrain Accessory. A credit of $1000 towards shipping is available. Any shipping cost above $1000 will be paid by the winner prior to shipping.
4. The winner will be chosen at random on October 31, 2022 and shipping of the prize will occur at a time that is convenient for Participant and the winner.
5. The winner is responsible for any customs issues, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and other charges related to logistics.
